Take a kayak anywhere in the world without needing any roof rack or paying for exorbitant transportation fees. Inflatable kayaks have now made it possible for just about anyone to bring along a water vehicle wherever they want to.

Here are qualities to look for in a good inflatable kayak:

~Weigh less than 30 pounds but can hold up to 500 pounds
~Must come equipped with a self-bailing valve
~Should have two molded skegs for easy gliding on the water surface
~Known for both speed and stability
