More Than a Vacation

There are some of us who relate log homes to vacations; I for one consider it as more than just a recreational space. Growing up in Alaska I have been used to these homes in the community, and it is for this reason that I wanted to build my own log home where I can stay all year round. My work is quite demanding and requires long hours, that is why I want to come home to a place that is sure inviting and cozy that I am sure to enjoy after a busy day.

I have looked over the internet and browsed on some log homes prices so I would know the budget I would need to work on. There were a lot of design plans to choose from, all providing to suit the taste and preferences of many customers. I have found a quaint cabin home where I can live by myself, and figured that I don’t really need too much space. I found the design I knew would be perfect for my property, and I look forward to finally go home to a great place. For now, I am left to sacrifice in my cramped apartment until everything is done and ready.
