Ronco rotisserie

I love to cook. While making our wedding gifts wish list (bridal registry), I filled the list with cooking gear. And one among my list is the Ronco rotisserie because I love roasted chicken. I even remember growing up and my dad would make his famous baked chicken. Everybody just loved it. When I was finally old enough to cook, he taught me how to make his baked chicken. It was really simple: Marinate the whole chicken in oyster sauce and lots of pepper for at least an hour then bake it accordingly.

Luckily enough, someone gave us a Ronco rotisserie. Now with my Ronco rotisserie, I can try new recipes and enjoy a more evenly cooked chicken. Though I have to admit nothing yet tops my dad’s recipe.
